If you are not happy with our products, we have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days upon receipt of the item to request a return or exchange and if eligible, we will issue a refund, minus shipping if applicable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any hair extensions or products that have been installed, colored, cut, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. Hair or products must be in the original state, the same as it was sent to you.
